In Wishalbas client satisfaction is a must. So all your purchase from Wishalbas are returnable within 7 days from the delivery date.
If you received damaged, defective or the wrong item(s), you will receive a full refund. Our employee will arrange for the pickup and we will take the necessary action to inspect the item(s) status to issue the return approval.
The return must be done within 7 days from delivery date.
In case you want to return your order kindly do the following:
1- Contact our customer care through this email: email@example.com
within 7 days from receiving your purchased item(s), our employee will send you a form to fill in
2-Fill in the return request form and send it back to this email: firstname.lastname@example.org
3- Send the item(s) to the address that we will provide you after making the return request
We have the right to reject the returned item(s) if the duration exceed 14 days from delivery date of intended returned item(s)

Kindly make sure to fulfill the conditions below to proceed the return process:
1- You need to make sure that the purchased item(s) are in their original packing ,in sellable condition, not damaged, worn or washed. Also attach the order invoice and shipping invoice (if exist) to the purchase package.
2- Beauty and skincare products must be returned unused, unopened and in the original packaging otherwise we will not accept them. Please note that fragrance, nail polish, aerosols, swimsuits and underwear are final sale and cannot be returned.
Upon receiving, we will inspect the item(s) to make sure of it’s status
If the order placed by using a credit card we will transfer the amount to the same credit card (It might take 7 to 14 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank statement.
If you have selected cash on delivery (COD) as payment, we will issue you a coupon which is redeemable on our website for the price of the item(s) you returned. The coupon will be valid for 6 months, that’s why you need to create an account in our website to be able to use the cupon in your future purchased.
Shipping and COD fees are not included.
Currently we are not able to offer exchange or order cancelation, all items should follow the return process and then a new order should be placed again.
